Positive approach reaps rewards at St John Bosco

It’s celebrations all round at St John Bosco as pupils receive fantastic GCSE results.

Along with the overall success of the school, a special mention goes to Lesedi Tefo who achieved 2 A*’s, 4 A’s and 3 B’s, Lucy Soper who achieved 1 A*, 3 A’s and 5 B’s and Chloe Tarleton who achieved 2 A*’s, 3 A’s, 2 B’s and 2 C’s.

Headteacher Darren Gidman said: “Well done to all of the students, who have worked so hard alongside staff, parents and carers to achieve today’s excellent results!

“Today’s GCSE results are a testament to the incredible academic achievements of St John Bosco pupils, many of whom will be remaining St John Bosco girls for the next two years as they continue on to the sixth form.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to be celebrating such a positive set of results in my first year of headship!”
