Join Angel Solutions’ customer happiness team

Ed-tech company, Angel Solutions is currently recruiting for a customer happiness manager to join its vibrant team.  

The exciting role is suited to someone with previous experience in education and is keen to make a real difference to educational outcomes in the UK and beyond. 

The candidate must be someone who enjoys building and nurturing relationships, whilst also being results driven and can work collaboratively with the rest of the team. 

Former teacher, Rebecca Waters is already part of this friendly team. She said: “Leaving the classroom was a huge decision for me as I had been a teacher for 8 years. I had found that I wasn’t as passionate for the role as I had been in the beginning and with the pressure of workload rising rapidly alongside attempting to juggle work/life balance, I had a decision to make.  

“When I first left teaching at the end of 2017, I had absolutely no idea what I was qualified to do besides teaching. I knew that I had a lot of adaptable skills and that this was my opportunity to try my hand at something new.  

Rebecca added: “After several interviews, some great, some not-so-great, I found my way into the world of Ed-Tech. It was then whilst working my way up within my first company that I discovered how this was the perfect setting in which to apply all of my talents and skills developed from within the classroom and apply the wealth of knowledge I had learnt so far during my career.  

“When the time came to look for my next challenge, I knew I wanted to stay within the Ed-Tech environment I’d come to love working in. Angel Solutions instantly stood out to me – the company values and its reputation is incredible. Plus, after a quick look on its website, I discovered the office was circus themed, what’s not to love?” 

Rebecca continued: “One phone call and an office tour later I was sold on the big top and have loved every minute with Angel since. My role is constantly growing and challenging me daily. I have the opportunity to collaborate with an incredible team who provide such a wonderful and supportive environment. I still feel like I make a real difference within the education sector on a daily basis and love developing relationships with different settings, schools and educational influencers. No day is the same and I am truly passionate about the software I represent.”
