Little Glastonboro 2024

Who said grown ups were the only ones who could have all the fun? Little Glastonboro features up-and-coming artists, top tribute acts, local bands and community groups that are sure to have kids and parents alike on their feet!
After the success of 2023, the festival is gearing up for an even bigger and better experience. A dedicated kidz zone will include magic and kids’ comedy shows, sublime science and crazy creatures, alongside bouncy castles, face painting and much more.

There’s no doubt that people flock to Southport during summer, especially on those scorching days where a trip to the beach and a scoop of ice cream is calling out to you. To switch things up, why not go to the Southport Air Show?
Back to its nine-aircraft display for its 60th diamond year, the RAF Red Arrows will be visiting on both days of the Southport Air Show to put on a sparkling display. If you’re looking for more hands-on activities, there will be plenty of things to do on the ground, flight simulators, static aircraft to explore, climbing walls, assault courses and much more!

Are you ready for an immersive adventure that explores the epic tale of bees and their essential relationship with the natural world? Bees: A Story Of Survival is a beautiful harmony of art and science featuring cutting edge technology.
Explore the magic of these magnificent creatures, from the tiny and fascinating anatomy of a single bee to the wonder of bee colonies, the role bees play in the environment and the threats they face. The World Museum will be hosting a series of separate ticketed buzzing events, from a workshop where every member of the family can work together to design a bee costume to creating your own bee out of recycled materials!
Gaia
When: May 28 – May 30 | Where: Wirral
Measuring seven metres in diameter and created from detailed NASA imagery of the Earth’s surface, Luke Jerram’s iconic free ‘Gaia’ exhibition is coming to Birkenhead Park.
The installation creates a sense of the ‘overview effect’ – what some astronauts experience when they see the earth from space – and lets visitors feel a renewed sense of responsibility for taking care of the environment. A specially made surround sound composition by BAFTA award-winning composer, Dan Jones, will be played alongside the sculpture.
All Pups Disco Party
