Aspiration ambassadors

A group of students from Maghull High School, Crosby have been selected to inspire fellow pupils to reach their full potential in school and beyond.

Their most recent project ‘University of the month’ saw the students contacting universities from around the country to compile information to present to other pupils in assembly and around the school who are thinking of going on to further education.

The ambassadors also filmed an interview with the Labour MP for Sefton Central, Bill Esterson about his time at Leeds University to use as a case study.

Headteacher, Mark Anderson said: “The aim of the ambassadors are to provide facts about different universities and to share that information and guidance with others and, hopefully, broaden their horizons. So far, they’re doing a brilliant job”.
