ASL awarded contract with Staffordshire academy

Automated Systems Group (ASL) was recently awarded a new contract dedicated to Painsley Catholic Academy’s printing and photocopying needs, promoting efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Experts from Education Buying, a public sector procurement organisation, collaborated closely with Painsley Catholic Academy in Staffordshire to gain a comprehensive understanding of its unique needs and expectations. This collaboration ensured that potential suppliers were thoroughly briefed on the academy’s specific requirements and the full scope of the contract.

The contract with office service supplier ASL was awarded based on the group’s impressive combination of quality and competitive pricing. The contract was agreed upon for a term of three years, with no options to extend, providing stability and predictability for the academy’s printer and photocopier services.

This is one of the key benefits of the new contract, as the assurance has allowed Painsley Catholic Academy to plan its budget with confidence, free from concerns about unexpected cost escalations.
