Getting colourful with the Rainbow Education MAT

The Rainbow Education Multi Academy Trust (MAT) recently united its primary schools in a vibrant and poignant event: the Rainbow Colour Run.
Pupils from each school in the trust enthusiastically participated in this lively event, dashing through a whirlwind of colourful powder paint playfully thrown by staff members.
The schools in the Rainbow Education MAT are:

-Shoreside Primary School
-Croxteth Community Primary School
-Heygreen Primary School
-Garston C of E Primary School
-St Gabriels C of E Primary School
-Townfield Primary School
More than just a burst of colour and fun, the run was a profound gesture of solidarity, as the trust raised £14,531 for the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. This charity holds a special place in the trust’s heart, following the passing of their beloved CEO, Jonathan Nichols, to cancer earlier this year.
